Clean, safe, running equipment isn't optional — it's patient care. We keep every chair, unit, and instrument in your practice working right, so nothing ever gets between you and a healthy smile.
Haven't worked with us before? Book your first service call and we'll bill the first hour on site at $99 — so you can see how we work before you commit to anything.
New customers only, one per practice, on your first service visit. $99 covers the first hour of on-site labor; additional labor is billed at our standard hourly rate. Parts, materials and shipping are billed separately at standard pricing. Cannot be combined with other offers or maintenance plan pricing.
From a squeaky chair to a diagnostics overhaul, we cover the equipment side of your practice so you can stay focused on patients.
Fast, on-site diagnostics and repair for chairs, handpieces, sterilizers, and imaging equipment. Failed a spore test?
Scheduled tune-ups that catch small issues before they become costly breakdowns.
Root-cause diagnostics on complex or intermittent equipment issues, done right the first time.
Certified to service equipment across every major manufacturer — no brand lock-in.
A positive spore test takes your autoclave out of service — and CDC guidance calls for the unit to be inspected or repaired and then pass three consecutive negative loads before it goes back to work. We'll find out what's actually wrong, fix what we can on the spot, and get you back in compliance fast.
$99 is a flat rate per sterilizer and covers the on-site visit, full inspection and verification cycle. Parts and repairs are quoted separately and never started without your approval. Biological indicators (spore vials) are supplied and processed by your practice or your monitoring service. This offer is separate from our $99 first-hour new customer rate and the two cannot be combined.

Every plan is a quarterly subscription — three full months of coverage, billed once up front. Pricing below is a starting point — final numbers depend on your equipment mix.
No quarterly plan? No problem — one-off repairs are always available at our standard rate of $300/hr. New customers: your first hour is just $99.

Reliable Dental Solutions is a family-run business repairing, maintaining, and supplying dental equipment for practices across the region. We built R.D.S. around one idea: practices deserve fast, honest equipment support without paying big-distributor prices.
Whether it's a single handpiece or your entire operatory, our technicians show up, diagnose it right, and fix it — with maintenance plans built to keep small problems from becoming expensive ones.
Tell us what's going on and we'll get back to you with a quote or a technician — whichever you need first.
Every chair, compressor, waterline and sterilizer in your operatory is part of the standard of care you deliver. The water your patients rinse with and the suction you put in their mouths run through filters and lines nobody sees. When those go bad, the unit keeps running and looking fine — you find out from a failed spore test, a cancelled schedule, or an inspector standing in your sterilization room.
Every one of these came out of a working operatory. Filters, traps and lines like these sit directly upstream of the water and suction that go into a patient's mouth — and nothing on the outside of the unit tells you they look like this. Warning: these photos are exactly as ugly as they sound.

When was the last time anyone actually looked at your filters, traps and lines? Put the whole practice on a schedule and stop finding out the hard way.
